Digipack CD. "Der Winterkönig" is not a new album, it is an EP with three songs made for a Split-CDr with Franconian band Lord Astaroth from 2011, that never really happened, perhaps 10 of those splits were made. Schattenvald decided to release those songs as an EP together with the "Nachtvolk"-Tape as bonus to have more "value for money". "Nachtvolk" saw the unlight of the world in 2002. The bonus-song "Tale of Asgards foray" was recorded 2001. It is quite different to everything that came later on.
